What Are You Dressing Up As For Halloween
I’m seeing a lot inspiration for Halloween costumes that I’m struggling to pick only one! Being from the South, I love anything having to do with back to school hairstyles cowgirls and cowboys. Give me boots and jeans any day! I knew I wished to do a cowgirl-impressed tutorial so at this time is the day!
For a costume, all you need is denims, boots and perhaps a flannel plaid or Western-style shirt. You can also throw on a cowboy hat or bandana and carry a lasso or stuffed horse round. For this tutorial, I took a bit of inspiration from Jessie of Toy Story and somewhat of my own Southern flair.
You Want: Hair Ties
You need two for pigtails, one for a braid. I recommend these little ones. You can get clear ones for lighter hair or black or brown for dark hair.
You Need: Brown Eyeliner
I am using Mary Kay eyeliner in Deep Brown.
You Need: A Small Shadow Brush
We’re not using loads of eye shadow, so I used this brush to fit in the nook of my eyes.
You Want: A Light Shadow
I am using this NYX Love in Paris palette in Merci Beaucoup, which is crammed with superior neutrals. I used the highest left shade. Be at liberty to use any light shadow of your selection!
You Need: Mascara
Nonetheless loving this Boots No. 7 Lash Adapt! You need big lashes for this look.
Do Your Face Makeup As Typical
At the moment I’ve on Neutrogena’s SkinClearing Liquid Makeup and CoverGirl’s Clear Pressed Powder. Do your face as you usually would.
Draw On Some Freckles
Using the brown eyeliner, dab fake freckles on your cheeks and throughout your nostril. Be sure that to range them in dimension!
Draw As Many As You Want
You’ll be able to add as many or as little as you want!
Apply Shadow To Your Internal Corner & Add Mascara
Using your small shadow brush, apply a light eye shadow to the inner corners of your eyes. This may make your eyes seem big and open, like Jessie. Coat your lashes with a variety of mascara for massive, doll-like lashes!
Braid back to school hairstyles Your Hair
Half your hair down the middle and provides your self some cute pigtail braids. You may put bows on the end or add a cowboy hat or bandana to complete the look. Have enjoyable, y’all!
